When we went into the showroom, Steve Miller met us at the door and was very helpful in showing us the Chevy Cruze that we were intrested in. He helped us considerably by showing us every single feature of the Cruze and the different models that were available. We went home that evening and discussed the vehicles we had seen and decited to take a test drive. The Cruze was the car we were looking for. Throughout the meeting with Steve we were treated with respect and we were shown all of their facilities and made to feel very welcome. We were very impressed by Steve Miller and Gold Motors.

Customer Service Excellence

I was there for the Corvette car show on April 30, 2011. That is where I first meet Glen and was so impressed with him and his nature. I was leaving Newport on Sunday the 1st of May. I was about 16 miles from Newport when I broke down and was towed to Gold's. Then on Monday Jason called me and I told that my little toy broke, he had Glen come to the motel and pick up the keys. They worked on the car and had some problems that were not their fault. The whole time Jason kept me informed as to what was going on. It took all week to get everything done which was due to the time for parts, to get to them in. The day it was done Glen with that nice smile of his picked us up with our luggage and took us right to our car so we could load it and then pay our bill. Jason met us with a smile and a very clean car. I cannot say enough about these two employees. They way we were treated you would think we owned the place. They both deserve a big pat on the back. I also want to say thank you for having the show there and all the nice things you done for all of us.

This is our 3rd new Chevy from Gold and in every purchase we were completely satisfied, treated with respect and kindness.  I must say tristan was the most helpful and knowledgeable, and when he was off doing paperwork other staff members were right there to offer us something to drink (Tristan had already taken care of us) so thank you, thank you, thank you Tristan and Gold Motors!!!
